Antenatal Classes

Wellington and Kenepuru free classes

Option 1:  - taught by hospital midwives and held at Wellington hospital (7 weeks running on Tues evenings) or Kenepuru hospital (a full Saturday). Ph 385 5999 and ask for the community midwifery team coordinator to see when the next available course dates are.

 

Option 2 - Compass Childbirth Classes held at Kenepuru hospital or in Newtown over 4-6 weeks.

 

Other options

BirthEd: classes for all - plus special classes just for parents under 24.

 

Birth Resources  - classes at Wellington Hospital

 

Birth Wise (Newtown) - limited class sizes with a focus on holistic birth
